Why Are Sexually Inactive Relationships Short-Lived?

from MACHIPO

The question itself feels like a generalization. There are many reasons why people might not want to have sex—whether they choose to wait for the right person or marriage, or simply don’t want to have sex at all. One thing is certain: there are sexually inactive relationships that last, and they’re not necessarily short-lived.

However, it’s also true that most people are sexual beings. In any relationship, you usually figure out early on how sexually compatible you are with your partner. If the early stage of the relationship is sexually inactive and that becomes an issue for at least one person involved, it can quickly turn into a major deal-breaker. In those cases, the relationship might fall apart sooner rather than later.

How Do You Open Up a Guy Who Seems Mysterious?

from SPOOKY

I wouldn’t actually consider Ignatieff—or as I like to call him, Mike—to be all that mysterious. Don’t overthink it. Add him on Facebook or just send him a message. His looks can be a bit disarming, I’ll admit, especially when he peers at you over the glasses that sit right on the tip of his nose.

I Want to Attract Someone Outside My Program—but I Don’t Know Anyone There. Why Are All the Hotties Somewhere Else?

from LOOKING FOR HOTTIES

CEU has a small, compact community—use that to your advantage! “Departmental boundaries” exist mostly in your head. They disappear pretty fast in shared spaces like the library (if that’s your preferred hunting ground).

Another option: meet new people through your friends. And if you don’t have friends yet, join a student society or the Student Union. You’ll instantly have a legitimate reason to talk to any “hotties”—unless, of course, they approach you first.
